Required Equipment and Uniforms

All players will need the following equipment:
lacrosse stick
helmet with mouth guard
arm guards
shoulder pads
protective cup
lacrosse balls for practicing wall ball at home

We will be using soft foam lacrosse balls, not the regular bouncy, dense rubber ones used for field lacrosse (although in most box, the regular field balls are used). Given this, goalies are not required to purchase box goalie gear, and transition/attack/defense players can wear their normal pads and helmets.

For this league, please bring your RHLax reversible from the spring 2024 season.

Helmet and Shoulder Pads Requirement

Please note that all helmets and shoulder pads must comply with their respective NOCSAE standards. Helmets are considered compliant with the standard if they have the NOCSAE logo stamped into the shell, and are either less than three years old or have been reconditioned in the last year and are less than 10 years old.

Please contact our Administrative Staff with questions regarding these requirements.
